We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, payments, or accounts.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and service issues promptly and courteously.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet assigned targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, quality, and resolution time.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
