Job Description: Senior Sales Executive Solar OEM Sales (Gujarat Market) – Zetwerk

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, relentless, and field-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B sales for Solar Cells and Solar Glass in the Gujarat market. This is not a desk job. This role requires day-in, day-out dedicated rigor to be on the field, visiting solar module manufacturers (OEMs), mapping the market, and locking in leads.

If you have 3 to 6 years of experience, love the hustle of field sales, and know how to crack open doors with procurement and technical heads of manufacturing units, you are the right fit.
- Location: Gujarat (Base: Ahmedabad / Surat / Gandhinagar - as per business setup)
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B field sales (Solar, Electrical, or Manufacturing allied industries)
- Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do Every Day)
- Relentless Field Rigor: Conduct daily physical visits to Solar Module OEMs across key industrial clusters in Gujarat (e.g., Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mundra, etc.).




- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Actively scout the market to identify new, upcoming, or existing solar module manufacturers and establish first-contact.
- OEM Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust rapport with Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, and Plant Heads to understand their monthly/quarterly raw material requirements.
- Product Pitching: Effectively present technical and commercial benefits of our Solar Cells and Solar Glass solutions based on the OEM's specific manufacturing lines.
- Negotiation & Closure: Coordinate with the internal technical and commercial teams to submit quotes, negotiate pricing, and close high-volume B2B orders.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor pricing, supply chain disruptions, and upcoming manufacturing plants in the Gujarat region.
