Role Overview:

The Senior Manager- Design MEP will lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing functions across Data Centre, Commercial, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects.



The role focuses on ensuring engineering excellence, effective planning, design coordination, and timely project execution. The incumbent will drive technical governance, support procurement and commercial activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP design activities for multiple projects from concept to detailed design and execution.
- Review and approve MEP design drawings, calculations, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
- Review design inputs, identify technical gaps, and provide appropriate engineering
