- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and escalators.
- Attend and resolve elevator breakdowns and service complaints.
- Inspect electrical, mechanical, and control system components.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
- Perform routine safety checks and ensure equipment operates according to safety standards.
- Maintain service records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with customers and provide updates regarding service issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance calls.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Identify potential technical issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
