Role Overview:
We are seeking a agile and
strategic YouTube Head to lead and scale
the YouTube ecosystem. The
role will be responsible for driving
audience growth, monetization, content
strategy, and brand positioning across all
YouTube channels under the group umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive
YouTube strategy aligned with OTT and
digital business goals
• Drive subscriber growth, watch time,
and engagement across all channels
• Identify and scale high-performing
content formats (trailers, clips,
originals, shorts, music, regional
content)
2. Channel Management
• Oversee multiple YouTube
channels (Hindi, regional, international)
• Optimize channel structure, playlists,
metadata, thumbnails, and SEO




• Ensure consistent content publishing
calendars
3. Monetization & Revenue
• Drive YouTube monetization
strategies including ads, partnerships,
and branded integrations
• Maximize revenue through Content ID,
syndication, and licensing opportunities
• Track and improve RPM, CPM, and
overall revenue performance
4. Analytics & Performance
management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with large content
libraries (films, music, IPs)
• Knowledge of YouTube CMS, Content
ID, and rights management
• Exposure to international markets and
distribution strategies
