Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Coordinator to manage day-to-day export activities, coordinate international shipments, and ensure timely and accurate documentation. The role involves coordination with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders from order confirmation through final shipment.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, shipping lines, transporters, and courier partners.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure export shipments are dispatched within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for order execution.
- Follow up on shipping schedules, container bookings, vessel details, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, invoices,



and related documents.
- Assist with export payment and bank documentation, including coordination for LC, advance payment, and other payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries related to order status, shipment schedules, and export documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on pending orders, shipments, and export activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, international trade, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping terms, and basic customs procedures.
- Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
