Role & responsibilities

Provide clinical nursing care and daily patient support to elderly residents at patient homes Monitor vitals, administer medication, and support care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams Deliver home-care nursing duties, including willingness to travel to patient residences as required Maintain accurate patient records and escalate clinical concerns promptly Uphold Antara's standards of compassionate, dignified elder care

Preferred candidate profile

Criteria Requirement Qualification GNM or B.Sc. Nursing Registration Valid Nursing Registration (any state council accepted) Experience Minimum 6 months in a hospital or home-care setting Experience Proof Not required experience counted by year of passing only Availability Immediate joiners only Shift Flexibility Must be comfortable with both 12-hour (Day/Night rotational) and 24-hour shifts Travel Must be willing to travel for home-care duty at patient homes
