Looking for B.Tech. Mechanical Fresher to join our Production Administration department.

Requirements

1. B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) (Full time) Pass out Batch 2025 / 2026.
2. Have 0-1 years of experience.
3. Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and application.
4. Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Current Product Development activities, including project planning, milestone reviews, scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist in Production Planning & Administration, including production scheduling, inventory monitoring, reporting and ensuring uninterrupted customer supplies.
- Support process standardization & improvement through SOP development, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution, progress tracking, risk identification, corrective actions, and ECN management.
