We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to convert qualified business enquiries into long-term clients. You will work with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, WhatsApp, and a CRM system. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, provide the right manufacturing solutions, and close business deals.

This role is focused on consultative B2B sales, revenue growth, account management, and relationship building, not cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads received through CRM and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, business goals, budget, and product needs.
- Explain the complete manufacturing process and available services.
- Recommend suitable products, formulations, packaging, and branding solutions.
- Share company profile, product catalogue, quotations, and other required documents.
- Coordinate product sample requests and collect customer feedback.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders and achieve sales targets.




- Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience
