About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of automotive software development projects. The role involves coordinating with global cross-functional teams, driving project governance, managing risks, and ensuring successful project execution while meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.

The ideal candidate will have robust project management, stakeholder management, reporting, and execution skills, along with experience in automotive software development programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and execute automotive software development projects across the complete project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource planning, and dependency tracking.




- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with development, testing, quality assurance, and customer-facing teams.
- Drive project governance meetings, steering reviews, and customer status meetings.
- Prepare and present project status reports, executive dashboards, and progress metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, OEM customers, and global teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure across teams.
- Mentor and guide team members on project execution and delivery management.
