- Collaborating with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Handling payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Ensuring smooth transportation, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for the trip.
- Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with company policies and travel regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
- Promoting travel packages and special offers to attract clients.

Responsibilities

A Tour Executive's responsibilities generally include planning, organizing, and coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.



They also work with travel agents and companies to secure accommodations and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Desired profile of the candidate
- Experiences handle with all outbound tour operations effectively and independently.
- Develop domestic and international packages; suggest engaging travel routes or places of interest to the clients.
- Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
- Book transportation and hotel reservations, using computer terminal or telephone. Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
- Handle Reservation independently. Negotiation and Contracting with Vendors, i.e Hoteliers, Transporters and DMC. Liaise and correspond with agents and operators on a daily basis. Thorough knowledge of Routing & Pricing.
