Responsibilities
- You will work closely with state government departments, college leadership, faculty, and students to set up and run these labs.
- Launching current labs.
- Coordinating with institutions.
- Training faculty and students in tools such as 3D printing, electronics, and prototyping.
- Ensuring the labs are actively used for projects and workshops.
- This role combines program management and technical mentorship.
- The goal is to ensure that the labs become active spaces for experimentation and problem-solving rather than just equipment rooms.
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with 1012 years of experience, including 45 years working in a makerspace, innovation lab, or similar environment.
- A technical degree (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) is required, and experience working with academia, industry, or government partners will be valuable.
