Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Citrix Virtualization Engineer to manage, support, optimize, and enhance enterprise Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Azure integration, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft infrastructure services. The candidate will play a key role in global projects, platform modernization, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of the end-user computing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Citrix Administration & Engineering
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot large-scale Citrix environments.
- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 7.15 LTSR and above.
- Administer Citrix StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix Cloud, Citrix WEM, and Citrix License Server.




- Design and manage Citrix high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and workplace optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex Citrix infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Citrix ADC & Networking
- Configure and maintain Citrix ADC (NetScaler), including Load Balancing, Gateway, SSL Offloading, and GSLB.
- Manage Citrix ADM (NetScaler MAS) environments.
- Support Citrix FAS, Certificate Services (PKI), and authentication integrations.

Virtualization & Cloud
- Implement and support Citrix Cloud architecture and services.
- Design and maintain hybrid cloud integrations between Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
- Support VMware vSphere/ESXi environments integrated with Citrix platforms.
- Participate in cloud migration and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
