Experience: Min. 6 to 10 years of experience in the tyre industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Familiarity with APQP systems.
- Experience with DFMEA and PFMEA
- Benchmarking (BM) and tire analysis.
- Following up on product testing.
- Preparing current technical specifications.
- Designing and preparing tread profiles.
- Conducting cut tire analysis.
- Coordinating NPD trials with the NPI team.
- Analyzing defects and collaborating with the CFT to reduce scrap.
- Participating in VAVE project discussions with the CFT.
- Leading or supporting new product performance improvement projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (an added advantage).
- Understanding of ride and handling dynamics (an added advantage).
