Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users on desktop engineering issues, including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems using various tools such as VMware, Linux, and Windows OS.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and knowledge gained during the incident lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Desktop Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of VMware virtualization technology.
- Proficiency in Linux operating system administration.
- Experience working with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
