Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct NDT inspections using various techniques such as UT, RT, MT, PT to ensure compliance with ASNT Level II standards.
- Perform welding inspections to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with fabricators to resolve issues related to material properties and fabrication processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Job Requirements :
- ASNT Level II certification in UT, RT, MT, PT or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in NDT inspection or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of radiography testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT).
- Experience with welding inspection techniques including visual examination, dye penetrant testing, etc.
