Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Operations / Logistics Manager
to oversee end-to-end
warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and transit insurance claims
. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in
ERP systems (QAD), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office tools
, ensuring operational excellence and seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations:



Manage daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Transportation Management: Oversee fleet operations, route planning, vendor coordination, and timely delivery performance.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement min-max inventory controls.
- Transit Insurance Claims: Handle documentation, claim filing, and coordination with insurers for damaged or lost goods.
- ERP & WMS: Utilize QAD ERP and WMS platforms for order processing, tracking, and reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor warehouse/logistics staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement.
