About the Role

this role will involve engaging with and supporting these stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience

and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success

 Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

 Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions.

 Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations.

 Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.





Operations

 Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

 Track processes, MIS, reports, and operational performance.

 Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.

Technical Support

 Provide first-level technical support to customers/users.

 Troubleshoot product/platform-related issues.

 Coordinate with the technical/product team for issue resolution.

 Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and tickets.

Sales / Business Development

 Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

 Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

 Conduct product/service presentations and follow-ups.

 Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
