Role & responsibilities
- 7+ years of experience in the design, development, and support of large-scale web-based systems, with exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- At least 3 years of experience in cross-platform application development.
- Strong server-side programming experience with Java, Servlets, and JSP.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience in software testing, including Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong background in the design and development of large-scale web-based systems and/or complete software product lifecycle exposure.




- Experience with life insurance system development projects is a strong advantage.

- Version Control & Deployment: Code versioning, release management, workplace management, and deployment methodologies
