This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly experienced eCommerce Operations Manager to join our remote team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our e-commerce success by utilising your expertise in Project management, Zoho systems, automations, and writing clear procedures. You will serve as the core link between our operational teams, ensuring that our long-term goals are met while navigating daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Take ambiguous goals and break them down into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones.
- Prioritisation: Differentiate between true emergencies and daily distractions to keep long-term structural projects on track.
- Data Fluency: Consistently generate and analyse performance reports, using the data to suggest strategic follow-up actions to directors.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Seamlessly coordinate between supply chain, marketing, sales, and IT departments. You will need the authority and interpersonal skills to hold team members accountable to deadlines without creating friction.




- Process Improvement: Write standard operating procedures and implement automations using Zoho systems to optimise and scale e-commerce operations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in a management role.
- Strong experience in Project Management and the ability to navigate ambiguous goals.
- Deep familiarity with Zoho systems, e-commerce workflows, and automations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable reports for directors.
