Role & Responsibilities

Analyze daily requirements and identify potential issues and risks in advance.
- Create and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to OEM customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
- Adapt production plans based on changes in timelines, demand, or resources.
- Manage and control inventory of RM, FG & SFG.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective actions for delays or bottlenecks.
- Track daily production plans versus actual performance.
- Ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain PPC reports and MIS.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Good understanding of inventory and material management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel will be preferred.
