Role Overview**

Spazioliv is looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to lead the execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a background in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Execution, or Construction Management**, with robust expertise in project planning, site execution, vendor management, customer handling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities**
**1. Project Planning & Execution**

* Manage end-to-end interior project execution.

* Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.

* Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines.

**2. Site Management**

* Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.

* Monitor installation, civil work, modular installations, and finishing activities.

* Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

Vendor & Contractor Management**

* Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.

* Ensure manpower availability and productivity at site.

* Monitor vendor performance and quality standards.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**

* Serve as the primary point of contact during project execution.

* Provide regular progress updates to customers.

* Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

**5. Quality Control**

* Conduct stage-wise quality inspections.

* Ensure adherence to Spazioliv quality standards and SOPs.

* Minimize rework, defects, and project delays.

**6. Material & Procurement Coordination**

* Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely material availability.

* Track material requirements and consumption.

* Prevent project delays due to material shortages.
