We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to join Sii India and contribute to the development and support of our global Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across international teams.

You will be responsible for Salesforce development, CRM Analytics, integrations with external systems, release management, and production support. This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys delivering business value through innovative and reliable CRM solutions in a global environment.

Your tasks
- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies
- Utilizing CRM Analytics to deliver reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making capabilities




- Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Performing testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Managing Salesforce release cycles, deployments, sandbox environments, and version control activities
- Providing L2 application support and resolving production issues for global Salesforce users
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for customizations, integrations, configurations, and support processes
- Following Salesforce development standards, security practices, and platform best practices
- Working closely with administrators, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value

Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external syst
