Role Description
The Freelance Therapist role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality mental health support through TherapyMantra’s online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and,



where appropriate, couples or family therapy sessions via secure video or chat, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities aligned with client needs. The therapist will assess client concerns, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and monitor progress over time. Additional tasks include coordinating care with other professionals when necessary, providing psychoeducation, recommending relevant self-help resources within the platform, and participating in periodic case reviews or supervision sessions. The role offers schedule flexibility, allowing therapists to manage their own caseload while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Licensed or certified mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, counselor, social worker, psychotherapist) with authorization to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s).
