Role & responsibilities
- Handle electrical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of CNC Grinding, VMC, HMC, Honing and SPM machines.
- Troubleshoot Fanuc CNC, PLC, Servo Drives, Encoders, Sensors, Power Supplies and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, control and power circuits for fault diagnosis.
- Ensure quick breakdown rectification to maximize machine uptime and minimize MTTR.
- Conduct RCA/Why-Why Analysis for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTBF/MTTBF, MTTR and machine uptime.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM and electrical safety practices.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation under high-production pressure.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 38 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing and SPM machines.




- Strong troubleshooting skills in Fanuc CNC, PLC, Servo Drives, Encoders, Sensors and Power Supplies.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, control & power circuits.
- Hands-on experience in breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF/MTTBF, RCA/Why-Why, 5S and Kaizen.
- Ability to work effectively under high production pressure.
- Strong focus on electrical safety, LOTO and secure work practices.
