Key Responsibilities:
Preferred candidate profile
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for domestic IT requirements.
- Perform solid technical screening and candidate evaluation Work
- Extensively on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements Ensure timely closures of open positions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Hands-on experience with C2H hiring Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
