The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, designing project architecture, and delivering clean, maintainable, and high-performance code by following modern software engineering practices. The candidate should be proactive, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned modules with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Design application architecture and project structure independently.
Develop high-performance backend applications using Golang.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Follow contemporary coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Perform code reviews and maintain coding quality.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
