Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of offline marketing and branding projects across India. The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution, smooth project coordination, and accurate reporting.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring flawless on-ground execution.





Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of branding and retail marketing projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, fabricators, logistics partners, and field teams for smooth execution.
- Track project timelines and ensure activities are completed as per client commitments.
- Assist in managing store branding, POSM installations, retail activations, and infrastructure setup projects.

Vendor & Field Team Management
- Coordinate deployment schedules for installation teams and vendors across multiple locations.
- Follow up on execution progress and resolve operational challenges in real time.
- Maintain vendor records, work orders, and performance trackers.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are adhered to during execution.

Logistics & Material Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of
