A Chief Male Warden is responsible for the overall safety, security, and well-being of male residents, enforcing rules, managing staff, and ensuring smooth hostel operations.
Responsibilities
- Control and regulate hostel related activities in the assigned hostel/area
- Solve the day to day problems/issues that may arise in the hostel
- Maintain record of attendance in the hostel
- Monitoring issues and grievances of the trainees
- Maintain proper documentation of all the students residing in hostel
- Ensure the maintenance of discipline in and around the hostel
- Responsibilities for general welfare of students in the hostel
- Ensure quality and hygiene of the mess facility in the hostel
- Ensure discipline should be maintained and friendly setting is very essential part of hostel Warden
- Ensure safety and security of the students in the hostel
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of previous work experience in educational Institution is preferred
- Retired Ex Army Officer is preferred
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have excellent convincing and counselling
- Good communication skill
- Self-motivated
