Role Overview

The Deputy Manager – LMS Technology & Development will support the management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the University's LMS platform while coordinating with technology partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS platform.
- Coordinate with external development teams for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Assist in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
- Monitor LMS performance, user support, system integrations, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and user training resources.




- Support implementation of digital learning initiatives and technology-driven enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and institutional standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Node.js, React.js, APIs, Databases, Cloud Platforms, and System Integrations.
- Solid coordination, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with LMS, ERP, HRMS, or educational technology platforms will be preferred.
