Role Description
The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering a welcoming,



patient-first experience across hospital facilities. The role involves greeting and guiding patients and visitors, coordinating waiting areas, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met in reception and patient interaction zones. The Hospitality Specialist will support food and beverage service in patient and guest areas as needed, helping maintain cleanliness, comfort, and a skilled atmosphere. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, resolving service-related concerns, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring that hospitality processes align with the organization’s commitment to clinical and service excellence. The role also requires careful documentation of service interactions, adherence to safety and quality protocols, and proactive support for continuous improvement in patient and family experience.
