We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales / Telecaller with 2+ years of experience in lead generation, customer engagement, telecalling, and sales conversion.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable real estate properties and services, scheduling follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into successful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generated leads.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, offers, and available options.
- Qualify leads and maintain proper lead status in CRM.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Convert leads into site visits and qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, Property Consultants, Builders, and internal teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
- Real estate industry experience will be preferred.
