Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Skilled) certification is required.

5+ years of experience managing IT projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and Agile project delivery.

Proven ability to bring structure to complex, fast-paced, and evolving projects.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented approach to project delivery.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with SDLC, risk management, budgeting,



and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience managing enterprise digital transformation or software development projects.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, or enterprise applications is desirable.
