Required Skills
- Domain knowledge: US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems).
- Technical awareness: Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows.
- Communication: Transparent documentation and escalation skills.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams).
Experience
- Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support.
- Exposure to automation/RPA environments.
- Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification.




Responsibilities

- Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing.
