Job Description:
- Follow up with courier partners for pickup
- Follow up with courier partners for delivery
- Track shipments in transit
- Drive/commute for the above courier-related activities
- Prepare easy daily MIS/activity reports
- Handle email correspondence with courier partners and internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- Good spoken English; working knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Basic proficiency in Excel and email communication
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a courier/logistics company preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
