Role & responsibilities

Pricing & Commercial Analysis
- Develop and execute detailed pricing analyses for customer renewals, value expansion opportunities, and commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain pricing models, financial forecasts, and business case assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate pricing proposals to ensure alignment with revenue, profitability, and margin objectives.
- Support RFP/RFQ pricing activities and contribute to commercial proposal development.

Financial Modeling & Business Insights
- Conduct detailed analysis of costs, revenues, margins, profitability, cash flows, and overall financial performance.
- Perform scenario analysis and provide recommendations that improve pricing outcomes and business performance.
- Apply financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, Payback Period, EBIT, P&L;, Revenue, Profit, and Margin analysis to support investment and pricing decisions.
- Prepare financial summaries and presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering,



Business Development, and Finance teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing solutions.
- Collaborate with Pricing leadership to implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Present insights, recommendations, and pricing strategies to key internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Reporting & Process Improvement
- Manage pricing reports, performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and data collection processes.
- Support reporting automation, business analytics initiatives, and system enhancement projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of pricing databases, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Education & Certifications required:

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with MBA/P
