Educational Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification. Postgraduate qualification in Technology is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, well-versed with program and project management tools
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Architecture, specifically in:
- Server, Storage & Network Architecture
- Virtualization
- Software Defined Data Centres
- Cloud Implementation
- Overall IT experience of 20+ years
- Experience as Principal Architect / Enterprise Architect for at least one completed large-scale IT infrastructure project, meeting either:
- System user base of more than 10,000 users, OR
- Project value exceeding ₹100 Crores
- Experience as an Architect in large-scale IT infrastructure using OpenStack / Azure / AWS / On-Premise Cloud Stack
- Solid proficiency in Data Center Automation and automation/scripting tools
Key Skills (Must Have)
- Data Center Architecture and Design (on-premise)
- Server Infrastructure (Rack, Blade, GPU, Hyper-Converged)
- Virtualization Platforms (OpenStack, KVM, Hyper-V, VMware)
- Storage and Backup (Software Defined Storage (SDS), Ceph, Commvault)
- Monitoring and Observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Virtualization and Containerization, e.g., Kubernetes/Docker
Skills (Nice to Have)
- Security and Compliance – Infrastructure security architecture
- Database Architecture & MySQL
- Firewalls, IDS/IPS (Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
- Data Replication and Archiving
- ITSM Tools (Zammad or ServiceNow)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall solution architecture across all tracks of UIDAI
- Gather business requirements and develop detailed To-Be CIDR architecture
- Keep the architecture updated based on evolving requirements and changes
