- People Leadership Development: Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth. Provide regular, actionable coaching to team members,
supporting their career aspirations and ensuring they develop the technical and leadership skills needed for success within GE Vernova.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the team in executing combustion design and evaluation using rigorous engineering principles. Utilize lean operating rhythms, bowler metrics, and visualization tools to facilitate daily management and ensure projects meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets.
- Technical Strategy Alignment: Provide technical leadership in combustion design, troubleshooting, and testing. Facilitate cross-functional discussions between Systems, Product Line, Sciences, and the Chief Engineers office to transparent roadblocks and ensure alignment on product CTQs.
