We are looking for 2 years of experience in semiconductor library development and characterization. Skilled in standard cell characterization, timing and power analysis, and library generation using SiliconSmart. Experienced in SPICE/HSPICE simulations, characterization flows, and supporting advanced technology nodes. Strong understanding of CMOS standard cells, characterization methodologies, and EDA tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform characterization of standard cell libraries for timing, power, and noise.
* Generate and validate Liberty (.lib) files using SiliconSmart.
* Execute SPICE/HSPICE simulations for characterization and circuit validation.
* Analyze simulation results and debug characterization issues.
* Support library development for multiple process corners (PVT conditions).
* Collaborate with design, CAD, and verification teams to ensure library quality.
* Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with characterization specifications.
* Optimize characterization flows to improve runtime and accuracy.
