We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Architecture & Interior Design firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling clients, promoting our services, and converting enquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Handle enquiries for residential and commercial architecture & interior design projects.
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain our architecture and interior design services professionally.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project details.
- Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into projects.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Architecture & Interior Design is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Professional personality with a positive attitude.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication is preferred; English communication will be an advantage.
Experience
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or Real Estate will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
