Role Overview
Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with experience in Master Data Management testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our MDM platform. Youll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across data models, integrations, match merge rules, workflows, and data quality processes - ensuring that master data is accurate, consistent, and fit for business use.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for MDM implementations, including unit, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Validate Reltio data models, entity configurations, relationships, attributes, and reference data for accuracy and completeness.
- Test match merge rules, survivorship logic, and deduplication processes to ensure golden record quality meets business expectations.




- Validate integration pipelines (batch and real-time) between Reltio and source/target systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs) for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Perform data quality testing - profiling, validation, and reconciliation - across source systems and the Reltio MDM hub.
- Test Reltio workflows, business rules, stewardship processes, and exception handling scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and data validation testing using tools such as Python, SQL, or Selenium.
- Perform API testing of Reltio REST APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Conduct performance and load testing on Reltio integrations and platform configurations.
- Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using JIRA or similar tools, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
