As a Team Coach, you’ll drive donor acquisition, develop fundraising talent, and create an engaged, motivated team that delivers results.

Your Role:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of fundraisers
- Drive donor acquisition and monthly fundraising targets
- Fundraise alongside your team and lead by example
- Coach team members and provide regular feedback
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training
- Drive team engagement, performance and retention
- Maintain accurate performance reports

We’re Looking For:
- Experience in team leadership, coaching or people management
- Experience in fundraising, sales, direct marketing, customer acquisition or field sales is preferred




- Solid communication, coaching and leadership skills
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to inspire others
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with the public
