Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in
Pune
. The role involves understanding client needs, conducting consultations, converting leads into long-term clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Candidates with solid leadership experience and a proven track record in sales may also be considered for the sales team lead position, where they will mentor team members, drive team performance, and contribute to sales strategy and execution.





Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness and wellness goals
- Present WILDFIT’s programs and services effectively to potential customers
- Drive lead conversion through consultative and relationship-based selling
- Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-ups
- Participate in promotional activities, wellness events, and community outreach programs

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance cust
