- Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
- Plan and achieve daily production targets.
- Manage manpower, machines, raw materials, and production schedules.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, HR, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily production and MIS reports.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and company policies are followed.
- Resolve operational issues and report performance to management.
- Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve targets.
