Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, accurate and well-researched articles for the company's magazine and website.
- Proofread, edit and refine articles according to the company's editorial standards and client-specific guidelines.
- Check content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency and overall readability.
- Interact with clients to understand content requirements, gather information and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, clients and other team members to ensure the timely completion of editorial projects.
- Assist in managing and coordinating the overall functioning of the companys editorial division.
- Develop headlines, introductions, captions, and other supporting editorial content when required.
- Ensure all content follows the required tone, style, format and publishing guidelines.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines without compromising editorial quality.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies or a related field.
- Solid command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
- Sound understanding of grammar, sentence structure and editorial style.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to research diverse subjects and convert information into engaging content.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital publishing, content management systems and SEO principles will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in publishing, magazines, digital media, travel, hospitality or lifestyle content will be preferred.
