We are a full-service MarTech and branding and content agency working with 150+ brands across luxury hospitality, F&B;, Automobile, EdTech, D2C, real estate, event management, and lifestyle categories. Our work is built on tight, intentional craft: strategy, creative, and performance under one roof. With our footprint in Jaipur, we are looking for a Social Media Marketer who can own client accounts end to end, create presentations, think in campaigns, and treat a content calendar as a living strategy document, not a submission form.

The Role

You will be the account lead for a portfolio of 4 to 6 brands. That means you own the strategy, the calendar, the creative brief, and the performance conversation with the client. You will work alongside designers, writers, video editors, and the performance team, but the direction comes from you. This is a role for someone who can hold a daily call with a founder in the morning, brief a designer at noon,



and post-mortem a campaign by evening.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end social media strategy for a portfolio of 4 to 6 client brands across categories
- Monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and creative briefs
- Direction on Reels, Shorts, static posts, carousels, stories, and long-form video
- Copywriting and caption direction, with the ability to write when needed and edit when reviewing
- Client relationships: monthly review meetings, weekly check-ins, WhatsApp responsiveness during working hours
- Trend spotting, competitor tracking, and category mapping across every brand you handle
- Creator and influencer strategy: identifying, briefing, and coordinating with creators
- Performance review of every post, campaign, and calendar month with clear next-step recommendations
- Coordination with the performance marketing team on organic-to-paid handoffs
- Coordination with the SEO and GEO team on content that need
