Role & responsibilities

Billing & Quantity Surveying
- Lead project billing and certification of contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Verify measurements, RA bills, BOQ quantities, and work completion.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing as per contractual terms.

Estimation & Costing
- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and budgets.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope for accurate quantity estimation.
- Analyze material, labour, and construction costs.
- Support project teams with cost planning and value engineering.

Contracts Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, work orders, and agreements.
- Handle contractor/subcontractor negotiations and commercial settlements.
- Manage variations, extra items, deviations, claims, and contractual disputes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, payment conditions,



and timelines.

Commercial & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets versus actual costs.
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing, contracts, estimates, and project costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Legal teams.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with a real estate developer or large residential construction company.
- Robust understanding of RCC, finishing, MEP, and overall residential construction costs.
- Experience managing a team of billing, estimation, and contracts professionals.
- Ability to independently manage the complete commercial cycle from estimation contracting billing final settlement.
