Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Business Development Associates to join our growing FinTech and financial education business. You will engage with prospective learners and professionals through outbound calling, understand their financial learning and career goals, and recommend relevant programs across our Finance, Stock Market, Investment, and FinTech-focused brands.

- Conduct outbound calls with prospective learners interested in stock markets, investments, personal finance, trading, and financial education.
- Understand customer goals, financial learning requirements, and career aspirations.
- Pitch and explain relevant Finance, Stock Market, Investment, Trading, and FinTech education programs.
- Clearly communicate program benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build solid customer relationships through effective communication, consultative selling, and consistent follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and guide prospects through the complete sales journey from lead engagement to conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity.
