Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, remote opportunity. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection activities for various roles across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Executive will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective recruiting strategies, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. In addition, this role will contribute to employer branding initiatives, manage candidate communication,



and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Strong hiring and recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing and evaluating technical talent.
- Knowledge of employer branding practices to support talent attraction and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools, and proficiency in using professional networks and job platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience
