Key Responsibilities
- Define and translate mission/product requirements into transparent system-level requirements and engineering specifications.
- Develop system architecture and establish interfaces between propulsion, structures, thermal, electronics and other subsystems.
- Drive system integration activities and coordinate with design, manufacturing, testing and project teams.
- Support system-level verification and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Plan, execute and analyse functional, environmental and qualification testing of aerospace/space hardware.
- Work on test activities such as thermal-vacuum, vibration, functional and other relevant system-level testing.
- Identify technical risks, assess system-level impacts and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
- Analyse test failures and technical issues, perform root-cause investigations and support corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including requirements, specifications, interface documentation, test plans and technical reports.




- Evaluate engineering trade-offs involving performance, reliability, cost, resources and schedule.
- Support the transition of systems from design and development through build, test and integration.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to improving system engineering processes, documentation and testing methodologies.

Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Relevant engineering experience, with strong hands-on exposure to system engineering.
- Experience in aerospace, spacecraft, satellite, propulsion, launch vehicle, or related hardware systems.
- Strong understanding of system requirements, interfaces, system architecture, verification and validation.
- Hands-on exposure to system integration and hardware testing.
